    Default Clutch Wiring Issues.

Just browsed google for about 2 hours to no avail.

I just converted an EJ from a D series auto to a B series Manual.

I have everything working, except one thing.

When tuned on Crome, full Throttle shift and launch control were turned on so to speak. The launch control is working fine.

However, I don't know how to wire the clutch switch into the ECU to make my full throttle shift work.

The car starts and drives with no changing in any wires. I know to wire one side of the switch to a ground, I just don't know how to put it to the ECU, Which wire to I hook it to, do I simply splice it in? Or can I just cut the wire and wire it into the plug. Thanks

I'm not to hot on wiring stuff like this, but according to this chart, it seems i should wire it into B7. Am I correct? if so, do i splice it, or wire the switch to it,

As I stated ground one side of the switch, then the other to B7?

In crome, there are options on what to wire inputs, for instance I use my power steering pressure switch input pin B8, and I run it straight to the switch on the clutch pedal.

So, as I said the clutch switch is not needed to start the car. Therefore I'm going to use it for my FTS.

That being said, all I have to do then, is ground one side of the switch, and I can run the other wire into any of the 3 ports you just named?

I am not sure if the clutch switch is an option on crome, I cant remember all of them. If you chose one of the pins I said, you will have to make sure that its checked in crome. So it knows where to look for it...

Then you wire from ecu all the way to clutch switch. (one wire)

Ok...Thanks a lot. Can't rep you right now, or I would.

Have to get on the other computer and figure it out. I'm not to good with it, so where would I click to find out what port is to be used. Thanks.

depends on what version you're using. old school crome i'd have to look it up since i haven't used it since gold came out (2+years). here is the gold version (way more advanced).

    good luck.

I sent that screenshot to a friend of mine who's been playing with my tune, and he said that he's only using the cheap version as well.
