99-00 Civic fog light help

ok i want to put the oem fog lights on my 99-00 civic bumper i really jus wana kno do i have to do ant cutting of do they jus fit right into them slots??????

yup gotta cut it out.

and idk about the 99-00 but with my 92-95 i actually had to take a sawzall & cut the actual metal bumper UNDER the plastic bumper so they would fit in there... most people just take their metal bumper OFF, but uhh, a civic is ALREADY unsafe, so why make it even more unsafe lol

But at the same time, the extra weight loss = quicker accel.

this bumper actually sits higher than my stock with the lip but whatever
