SRS LIGHT HELP..!!

so i still need help w/ my srs light.. i need it off!!! and i've tried resetting it already and doesn't seem to work!! so any ideas people?? cuz i really don't want to pay 100 @ honda!!

Get Far East motorworks to install it. They did it for me. Best service and prices in town.

u really need to get it to a shop with a good scanner. before u start buying parts that really may not be the problem. with SRS it could be anything.

hey Frog question if the SRS module is bad will the airbags still go off in a crash?

im having the same problem, got it reset with the write up but once i start my car and it is suppose to go off after that 6 seconds it just flickers oce and stays on.

NO, airbags will NOT deploy if the light is on. The light means there is a error, the airbags are deactivated to prevent malfunction..

Yes, bring it to Far east or a honda STealership and diagnose the problem.. You might just need a "flash" but I know that wasn't possible on the prelude. They all told me the SRS module was DEAD and the only way was to replace it.. I think they quoted me for 900$.. I ended up buying a module on eBay for 180$ + 60$ install..
