i know this is probably old,
but you could pull that dent out mostly with the hotglue and 2X4 trick.
1.you gob hot glue on the end of a 2X4
2.quickly attach it to the center of the dent (like someone was saying previously about denting in reverse)
3.??????
4.Profit.
no really attach the glued up end to the canter of the dent while the glue us still good and goopey
hold it still and steady while the hotglue hardens for like 40 seconds or so
then yank the 2X4 as hard as you possibly can away from the canter of the dent
(like denting in reverse)
the dent should mostly pop out, possibly leaving some hot glue, maybe removing alil paint if the paint is crappy.
Ive done this before on a motorcycle tank that had a gnarly multi centered dent
it removed 93% of the dent id say.
try it. its like 10 bucks for a hotglue gun from wally world and like a dollar for some random wood from home depot, maybe even free if you can find a log or peice of wood or even a baseball bat.
