civic hire resale because its newer. but if u live in an area with emissions its a bitch to pass sometimes. the crx getting rarer and rarer. light as shit. me personally id go with an eg hatch over both. if i had to pick id take the ek. mainly because its not as old and body an other parts will be easy to find.

Considering the OP said "Quickest Car He can" I would simply assume lowest ET car. Or lightest car. CRX

Drop a boosted Y8 or Z6 in the EK and daily it. Or, simply give me the EK shell, and buy the CRX and you'll then have no choice

^x2 very fun car and easy wire tuck, look good, light, and easy to work on
but the civic has a bigger engine bay. crx engine bays are really small and need lost of cutting for room for turbo esecially bseries turbo

if you don't mind extra work and headaches- CRX all day.

if you care more about aesthetics, want more suspension options and room- EK hatch.

the ek can be lightened up pretty well too.
    Who knows?

if you want room get an eg hatch 92-95 they have the biggest bays and can still be lightened alot

CRX > that year Civic, dumb question. Light, nimble, not as common, sexy looking, etc etc.

    what wiring problems??

It's a CRX SI so he's virtually good to go aside from some nit pick shit. I say convert it to OBD1, slap a P28 in it, get it tuned and rock the CRX!

Its more of a hassle to drop back to OBD1 from OBD2.

Besides that, EF wire tucks are sexy Mines a fairly mild tuck, but I LOVE it, granted i'm rockin a hatch now lol.
