    Default front clip

    hey, how hard is it to put on a front clip to a 94 rx7. im about to buy one but the whole front end is taken off up to the support beam or whatever its called, i froget the real name for it but the really thick bar behind the bumper,... anyone have any input on how hard or such?

    i'm not sure what you're asking. is it going on another rx7 or something else. it isn't something i'd attempt on my own, and i consider myself to be pretty experienced on car mechanics.

    when he says front clip, i'm thinking firewall forward. are you talking about the core support?

    no the engine and everything is there but what i mean is if you take off the front bumper and see that huge piece of steel. from taht fiece forward... like theres no front bumper or lights or anyhting from there on... but it would be basically rebuilding the front of a rx7? is that hard?

    It's very easy. About an hour to do. Maybe 2 hrs if you are slow.

    You will need:
    10mm wrench
    10 mm socket
    rachet
    3" ratchet extention
    Phillips screwdriver
    can of PB Blaster
    Also have handy: 12mm and 14 mm sockets and wrenches
