It's very easy. About an hour to do. Maybe 2 hrs if you are slow.

You will need:
10mm wrench
10 mm socket
rachet
3" ratchet extention
Phillips screwdriver
can of PB Blaster
Also have handy: 12mm and 14 mm sockets and wrenches
