    Default SI trans code info

    Im thinking about buying a 2000 SI civic that has had the engine swapped for a LS, and then swapped back for another si engine. How can I tell if the transmission is a si trans, what code would be on it? ANy help would be appriciated, thanks

    the vin plate on the tranny should be for an si. also look for a stamp S4C or Y21.
