Default Wire tuck on a gsr hatch

I need to know how to do a full wire tuck on a gsr in an eg hatch.
also how difficult would it be to service the engine in any way.
    what tools would be needed?

You cut all the wires where they meet the engine components and where the go into the ecu.

I did mine, it runs like a champ. It's 100% faster from the weight reduction of the wires.

What does the inside look like?? All the fuse block, brake stuff that went to the inside of the car that I always wanted to know how they organized it. Most of the tucks I seen they have everything thrown in the spot where the A/C condenser used to be or just on the floor so that was not clean.
EK needs a new tune? baby needs more boost so a good tuner is needed....anyone?

It looks good but how do u undo the wires if u ever have to pull the engine out? i have never seen the wires that go to the ecu on a car that has been tucked.

Some people like to do it different ways, You can stash most of the stuff under the carpet like the brake lines if you tuck those. And the wire most are bundled then go threw the firewall in the center just depends. Some people like to have it untraceable and some just like to have it hidden.Just depends on you preferences.

Just unplug them most of the wires that come from the engine are usually tucked behind the motor. and If you could see the wires just think then it wouldnt be a wire tuck right?Come on guys

ive been doing tucks for the past 5 years, and personally if you cant look at a wire, and know how to cut and sauter then you probably shouldn't attempt it.

If you cant solder then I'd love to see how that wire tuck turns out.

Also, a tip is, to take masking take and wrap it around each wire, twice about 6"+ away from each other and number them the same, so when you cut the wires, you can match #1 wire to #1 wire, etc...

depends if someone does it for you..you could probally stay under 200 for a full tuck other than the brake lines.

fuel line supplys alone can run 200 then you need the flare tools for them. then you need other tools to reroute the wires etc.
