I'm not a fan of neons. But if something is hitting the tube and breaking it, I would fab up a plexiglass shield for protection. And since you're going to keep the neons no matter what, I agree with addressing the possible flex theory, as well.![]()
How are you mounting it?? Completely solid?? Apart from bouncing, something hitting it, someone breaking it, did anybody think about body flex?
If so, sorry I didnt see it.
sounds like a ricer but i zip tided my front neon onto the car frame. when i hit a hard bump or my front kit hit something, the neon has clearance and if the front kit dose touch the neon, it has some room to move
