Default need help passing emissions with my swap

I have a 1990 Crx with a B16A1 and I've tried everything I can think of to get it to pass; I think I've failed it 7 times now. I got new cat, plugs, wires, even tried switching out my PR3 ecu for a HF one and still couldn't pass. Anyone have any more ideas?

well, i just read that you have a swap...swaps arent illegal as long as they are in the same engine family.....and with hondas, B's also came in cars that rock the D's....you can bring by my spot i can see what i can do for you!

tell them your have a 1.8 not a 1.6 and it will give you a higher pass/fail limit might help also get the motor very hot before hand like 5 miles at 5k rpms and some fuel system cleaner.

this has worked for me more than once

I think 1.6 is the biggest one in the system...but it is a single cam, well I'm not sure I guess I'll ask them the next time I go. I think I'm gonna start going to a no pass no pay place cuase I'm sick of paying $25 every time
