Well, i believe your goin to need to find an entire front clip of a SI w/ the b16.
Youre goin to need a lot of the parts off of that to convert it over to a manual car since you dont have some of required parts on yours already. Now, exactly what all you will need from it, im not really sure, but i think you should start looking for a whole front clip.

Altho, im sure you could probably find a 5-speed civic like yours for pretty cheap, especially since you dont need it running already. It might come out cheaper to do it that way and definitly be a lot less work.
