    Default NEED HELP! Transmission Problem

    Down to the point...

My gears are hard going in.. my 5th gear slowly went out, when i try to get in 5th and let off clutch it just grinds. I need my 5th, I drive 100+ miles a day!! highway in 4th is really bad... What parts would I need?

Considering grinding the gear, I may need to replace 5th right? If so what parts would I need, and I need a good reference to get parts, Im new to this..

I wouldn't suggest working on a tranny if you are new to this. Call Speedy Transmission on Buford Hwy. Ask for Scott. Tell him Tracy from Batlground sent you.
