Question jus lookin for a lil guidence

ok jus looking for a lil guidence on a truck i jus traded my 89 accord for. soooo here it is, this guy traded me his 89 toyota pick up, the prob. is im not into jacked up trucks and this one is a 4x4. im really hope that there is some way i can slam this truck. nothing like bags or drolicz jus a clean low mini. the only reason i took the trade is theres not a dent on the truck, everything works perfect and all it needed was a valve cover gasket. so i fixed it and it runs perfect, compaired to my carbed accord. i jus feel so akward sittin this high up. so if theres any positive advice or shops anyone knows that can steer me this way or hell even if its a " no brah it cant be done sorry" would be welcomed so i dont waste time looking too hard into it.. thanks in advance guys..

Is the truck lifted on mud tires? Or is it just a stock 4x4?

so its just the tires lifting it. no body lift no jacked up suspension or anything like that.
