Default need help with cel codes PLEASE

Aight to start it off I got a 92 Honda civic hatchback cx. Im running an h2b setup with typer tranny and a jdm h22a. Im using the motor harness off of a 93 ex civic. I have msd sci ignition and external coil. I am getting code 68 and 78 sometimes and then once in a blue moon it will throw 80(an egr code) witch totally don’t make any sense. I can’t find 68 or 78 anywhere one the internet. I am running a p 28 computer with a moats 2timer and huloger. Had the same problem with my jdm p30 before I went to the p28. The car will be running fine and all of the sudden it will just skip one time and throw this code and you can go for miles before it will do it again. Some times it will do it from start up and sometime you have to drive it for and hour. What I don’t understand is that vtec still works when this happens and according to my wide band the fueling doesn’t change either. also I put a factor tach cluster in and i notice while driving normal the tach is fine but when I stab in to it the tach goes crazy jumping all around from 9 grand to 0 to 5 to all over the place but the car is still pulling hard and doesn’t miss like its losing signal from the dizzy. Don’t know if this problem could be related. The weird I been driving the car fro better than 6 months and it just started doing this one day.

    Any help would be appreciated

are u sure your reading the codes right there isnt a 68 or 78. as far as the tach check for a short someplace in the wiring or in the tach its self.
