Need to know where to get a car tuned

I just got a 92 eclipse, and want to get it tuned. i'd like to know where and who can do it. i'm new to the whole import thing.

if it helps its a guy from here old car, a turbo car. its topsecret2jz's old car. i got it from the guy he sold/traded it to.
