87 Supra.. HELP NEEDED

1. my headlight, backlights, and interior light on the dash wont turn off.

for now i pulled the power cable off so that it wont kill the battery.. any ideas??


2. 75k on built, new cat that was suppose to be bolted on but it got welded on, motor and tranny runs good, but it smokes(white) a bit, wont pass emission........ any idea??

i checked the wire, its fine now,

the emission.. not sure.. gotta check the paper again
