    Default General Transmission Swap Questions

    Just got some questions if your try to swap a manual transmission to an auto transmission or auto to manual. What kind of parts do you need, tools required cost, difficulty or any other info you can give me. Thanks

    MTF
    Clutch kit
    Axles
    Manual intermediate shaft
    Flywheel
    Flywheel bolts
    Shift linkage w/shifter
    Shifter bushings
    Manual passenger side mount (honda)
    Clutch cable or hydro lines
    Misc. washers
    Starter

    what kind of car is it? and what kind of motor? i know when i did my integra i need the get the conversion transmission mount from hasports, also if you deside to change your torque mounts get the mounts for the auto, the engine chassis are different between auto ans manual

    not really its pretty simple to do even for most people. as long as they have a good write up.

    best bet would be to buy the same car with a fucked up motor and use it for its parts
