Buddy just got done swapping his SR20 into his s13. He sent the harness to a professional for re-wiring. The car will roll over but not crank.
He thinks its not getting fuel..?

  • He says he can hear the fuel pump whine/click when key turned
  • Spark plugs dont smell like gas and look good still.(ngk)
any helpful advice to point in the right direction to check out?
