    Default passing emissions!?!?!?

    so finally got a new clutch installed on the turbo lancer, but now im driving around with out of date tags cuz my other cars not running... anyway anyone know of a place that will hook me up with emissions?!?!?!? you dont have to announce it here, you can just pm me.
