why would I lying about it? I had tons of fun with all the power it had, but sadly I sure do miss driving it, cause right now it has a power steering leak. So, I'm stuck driving my civic ( only pro on the civic is that it saves on alot on gas compared to my Duratec engine). Hopefully I'll get it fixed soon, and enjoy the power within.

Seems to me you are somewhat confused. The 3.0 V6 DOHC motor you have in your sable is not the same as the 3.0L V6 DOHC that is in the SHO unless you performed a swap... in which case I ask for pics.

The sable packs a Duratec. The SHO packs a Yamaha motor.

my bad bro. I mistakenly was comparing my engine to the original SHO V6 engine, but didn't realize the fact it was made made Yamaha and not by Ford. A big difference there. Even though the Duratech made 200 HP vs 220 HP Yamaha engine with the same torque for both cars. But, I still have respect for both engines, cause both at very well crafted engines.

I still remember when I did my first tune-up on my Duratec after I had just bought the car. When it came to chaning to spark plugs, I was heart broken to what I saw it had in the engine some CHEPO BOSCH COPPER SPARK PLUGS. I thought to myself, what a cheap basta*rd the previous really was. I wanted nothing but the best for my tune up, so I installed the Autolite XP Xtreme plugs in my baby (gave me boost in trottle response), K&N intake, plus other quality parts, and poured in some Mobil 1 full synthic motor and tranny oil. I brought it back to life better than ever. It really bothers me to see some people treat their cars like crap, but unfortunately those people will still exist no matter what. Anyways, I hope you folks have years of enjoyment out of your high performance engines.
