    Default Emissions Question

    im trying to get emissions and i was wondering would i fail if i have a h22 in my obd1 civic. no CEL and the catalytic coverter is present on the car.

    -update-
    car failed emissions

    failed HC ppm and NOx ppm
    any ideas?
