There's a muffler shop in Norcross on Buford hwy...just north of Jimmy Carter on the left across from the road that goes back to Tiger Racing. Newer brick building with 3 or 4 bays...I can never remember the name of the place but he's got a couple $10k+ hydraulic mandrel benders than can do some nice work...

For the CNC work i'd contact one of the tech schools, gwinnett tech or lanier...i think they all can do it for cheap. Rudy at Rudy's Honda & Acura in Gainesville has a good connection on CNC'ing too, i'm designing a/c and power steering brackets on AutoCAD to get done eventually...

Maybe an existing endlink kit could be used, just do the bends accordingly?
