    Default tell me good things about a 07 R6

    so, i found a real good deal on a 07 R6 and i have read that they are great bikes, i have always ridden GSXR's and CBR's never been on a yamaha Super Sport. for those of you that own one or have ridden one, tell me some positive things.

    I have an 07 R6 and i have no complaints. The best handling 600 that i have rode.

    sweet, yea i went and sat on one today, its not uncomfortable at all, well im 6'3 and that bike sits tall and is a bit wider than others

    They have no low end torque, the power doesn't start until you get into the higher rpm's which may be alright sometimes, but somewhat uncomfortable around town. Great handling, just a little aggressive depending on what you're looking to do. Great track bike though

    good looking bike and good in the turns but from what i have heard the 08 fixed alot of problems that the 07 had, and has a bit more power.

    i loved mine. best bike i have ever had. yes it didnt have the low end power but it was fine around town. felt confident riding it. and its just a damn sexy bike
