really though, I don't know what to tell you. I mean, in the rear, you:

    1. Unbolt the 2 strut tower bolts.

    2. take the wheel off and jack the car up.

    3. Unbolt the shock from the LCA.

    4. Unbolt the LCA connecting to the Hub and LOOSEN the bolt connecting to the subframe.

    5. Take the shock and springs out.

    6. Compress the spring.

    7. Use an allen wrench and open ended wrench to take off the top hat bolt.

BOO YAH! Success. Now reverse the steps.

If you can do the rear, the front is about the same, but you'll deal with a dampening fork...which isn't a bid deal.

Just fully put everything back together! A guy I know had two of hie buddies do his and they didn't put some bolts on good and his driver side tire went into his fenderwell while he was driving down the road.

    Use a spring compressor!
don't listen to these guys if you've never done it before.

You can do it without one, but it's not exactly safe if done wrong.

I've done it before and 1. don't pay $200 cause its to easy to pay someone that much to do it.. (lunch and gas is better - go with cacutuseg if you don't feel comfortable doing it)
2.. def get the spring compressor.
