well i just thought since i was using arp headstuds i went by their trq specs, their instruction said to be torque to 80 ft lbs but oem specs says 70 so i trq it 75 in the middle of oem/Afmarket specs

yeah your fine, there, but if it overheats to much it can strip them coming out good luck
