94 civic to a 99-00 front end swap

i was looking to swapping my 94 civic to a 99-00 civic si front end and i found a site called jdmcarboy.com and they only sell the 96 to 00 kit, my question is can i buy it for my civic and have it bolt right up? and if not what all do i have to change to make it fit just right?

i dont know why you would want to do this but from my knowledge you should just have to weld half of your oem fenders to the front half of the si front end everything else should bolt up stupid mod imo but go figure
