Default auto ecu repin for manual trans

I have a 98 acura integra automatic and I am putting a cable trans out of a DA integra in it I was wondering if anyone ever did I write up on repinning the ECU and/or a write up on a swap like this? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

ok for starters ... why cable and not hydro ? and second you would need to convert the ecu to manual . or have someone like scotty or someone who messes with ecu do this ... and you cant just " REPIN" a ecu to make it a manual ... the stuff u need to change is inside the ecu .....

I think there may be a jumped terminal inside the ecu that can be cut, to disable the auto transmission. Some guys will convert the ecu's auto trans circuitry to trigger vtec.
