Default 95 Civic CEL LIGHT CODE 9

My friends got a 95 civic thats throwing a check engine light sometimes for Cylinder Position Sensor. We checked for current in the harness Haynes manual said it should show 350 to 750 ohms under specifications it showed .350. Dose the distributor need to be replaced?

well it would be better to replace it than for it to leave you stranded somewhere... once the code 9 pops up.. it only gets worse soon it will get hard to start... then it will bog while driving... then eventually it just won't crank anymore at all...
