its pretty much self explanatory. but...

remove fuel line and all other hoses connected to head or intake manifold

unplug connectors(for ex. map sensor plug , iacv plug etc...)

take the dizzy and and wires out

    take the valve cover off

    slide the timing belt off

    take out cam caps

    take out cams

    take out headstuds

take out the bolts for the exhaust manifold

remove the lifters but at the same time keep the same order or when you put them back in you are gonna have to a valve adjustment

    take the head off...lol

you have to first remove the crank pulley off, its a 19mm socket, once you take it off there's a pin that aligns the pulley to the crank DONT LOSE THIS, remove the pulley and there's a couple tens holding the cover on... take those off to get the cover off...you'll see a tensioner pulley after that (the pulley w/ the spring attached to it, above the crank pulley), take a 14mm socket and begin to break the bolt holding the pulley in place loose...this will take the tension off the timing belt for you to remove it...
