you have to first remove the crank pulley off, its a 19mm socket, once you take it off there's a pin that aligns the pulley to the crank DONT LOSE THIS, remove the pulley and there's a couple tens holding the cover on... take those off to get the cover off...you'll see a tensioner pulley after that (the pulley w/ the spring attached to it, above the crank pulley), take a 14mm socket and begin to break the bolt holding the pulley in place loose...this will take the tension off the timing belt for you to remove it...Originally Posted by seniosoul
