also happend with gwinnett pd, had no paperwork for insurance, so theimpounded my car. however GC is so much more lenient as they threw out the tag, insurance, and "unsafe lane change" tickets that I got that day...guess because they have more important things to do than the city of lawrenceville
find someone who will pass it for you. the laws are so retarded that you can't drive your car on the road in order to make it legally driveable. sure, lets all pay a tow company to take a car a short distance in which it is physically capable of driving to, so i can risk failing and waste more time and money.
