del sol A/C need help

It used to work fine but recently goes wrong

First 5~10 mins A/C works iceee cold, then blows warm...lol

had checked someone told me that needs to replace the compressor and dryer
cuz the pressure is to high
is that right??

THe reason Iam asking for this is because I don't trust the mechanic
asked me for 20 bux to see under the hood and check the pressure lol
