Get a stock d series exhaust manifold w/downpipe or get a aftermarket header. Get a aftermarket cat (cut and weld). The O2 sensor bung hole should be on the side of the manifold.

LOL actually a lot of the Honda/Acura V6's have single exhaust port heads, so still no headers, just J-pipes!

buy an aftermarket D series header, buy a cat., take it up to your muffler shop and they'll fix you right up.

my fault guys i left to work and forgot bout it i got a 97 civic dx coupe and my exhaust manifold is cracked down the middle so instead of getting a new one i would get some headersssssssss lol j/k but my manifold got the cat built right on it. My question is how will it pass if it dont got the cat no more

Get the headers and then put a new cat. in the exhaust pipe a couple inches after your flex pipe.

EDIT: Buy D series headers then go to autozone or somewhere and tell them you need a CAT for an EX civic
