I got mine for $2,600 brand new, never been turned over...factory assembled block and unassembled head $1,000 later it was driving down the road using my gs-r transmission and all existing sensors, dizzy, header, fuel rail, etc... The $1,000 included a clutchmaster disc & pressure plate, cusco flywheel, arp head bolts, skunk2 intake manifold, ITR throttle cable (reverse from GSR), labor, etc...

Expect to pay $4k-5k for complete longblock including transmission and probably another $500-1000 for labor and parts...if the hatch isn't an si (i think that's the only one?) then you'll need to run a couple extra wires with the existing harness...don't forget you'll need a P73 ecu for that too.

I'm partial to Raceworks http://www.lockracewrks.com (they've been racing b-series in world challenge, honda challenge, NASA, etc. for over 8 years.) but VTECKIDD seems to put out some great work too and has more turbo experience...

It was a great price but it would have cost an easy $2k in parts if i didn't have the GS-R engine before...two hatch owners turned that engine down once they realized how much they would have to spend to get it running. Nearly 3 months of searching and i just got lucky one day.

A complete ITR swap will run you :
$4500-5000 for a complete swap with axels, shiftl linkage, and a motor that has papers

Labor i charge $700 to do a vtec swap

if you are on a budget i suggest a GSR swap, they go for $2200-3000 depending on year an mileage
