    The girl is clearly confused by the offset of the rear tire sans camber correction and the obvious discrepancy with the nationality of the driver.

    Though...

    They very well could be a traveling European couple (judging by the girls pissy demeanor and boy's limp wrist) that hasn't yet invested in a good set of stretched tires to make the barbie vette fully "dank".
