What did you use? OEM? I recommend aftermarket one with double or triple o ring. STR, BDL, BLOX all make one for 5th gen prelude. I replaced mine with Blox triple o ring seal about 20k mi ago and it stopped the leak immediately. Check Ebay, or Nopi!

Its notorious for doing that. All H22 for Prelude all do that. That's why everyone in the Prelude community replaces them with the Aftermarket. Like go look up skunk2 or go on ebay and look for h22 cam seal. Hope you have good luck.

also if you havent changed out your tbelt I recommend doing so immediately. There's also notorious for failing and ruining your engine.

Well the very first leak was coming from the drain plug, so they re-threaded the drain plug and sent me on my way...shortly after that it started leaking elsewhere (cam seals). While they had it all taken apart they did the timing and waterpump . I picked the car up a few days later...after driving it for a day it started to sound like it had a supercharger...lol...so I took it back and there again it was those cam seals....it hasnt leaked since which was about 2 months ago up until yesterday I noticed opil in the driveway

When you pull your cam seal out, make sure you didnt gouge the metal. The seal wont be able to seal in that area. Also, when you remove it, clean all the excess material and make sure it is nice and clean. It's not a bad idea to add a little grease around the lip to let it slide in easier and not get cocked crooked.

ALSO-make sure you are getting OEM Honda seals. At our shop we will use after market but for Hondas we only use Honda OEM b/c others never fit right.
