Default LS/VTEC applied to a Acura Legend, would it work?

Im gonna try to make this sweet and simple. So my cousin has a 1994 six speed legend, and one day we were talking about LS/VTEC. When we were talking I realized that a Legends engine code is C32A5 and a late model NSX engine code is C32B. So my question is if you do the same stuff that you would do to make a integra LS motor (B18B) a vtec motor, would it work for a Legend motor with NSX parts?

*EDIT: Idea wont work, the C32A5 and the C32B heads are too different.* It would have been cool if my idea worked IMO.

Life begins at 6000 RPMS.. You will notice an audible change in engine noise, large increase in acceleration and any female passengers will immidiately start to remove their clothing.
