Help with vtec solenoid

Ok My question is which vtec solenoid are interchangeable? I have a 92 GSR DA and thinking it might be bad because I don't hear it or feel it.. I don't know if it maks a difference but my 98 DC GSR I can feel and hear both.. Any thoughts? Thank you.

You should be able to use any b series.

you can swap out any solenoid to that thing.The only thing the VTEC solenoid does is send oil pressure to the VTEC rockers on the cams to lock in the rockers
