I'd go to Honda for the parts, or at least a place that sells OEM honda parts. One way to check to see if it's just a bad switch is on the back one take a paper clip and jump it. with the key on engine running, the fans should come on automaticly. If not, you have either a blown fuse or a bad relay.
I did that yesterday but I didn't know there were two sensors for this. I bought a sensor and put it in the wrong location so now both fans do not come on and that lets me know that the other sensor was the issue (AC fan) because the sensor I took out would at least kick on one fan. Now they both do not come on but when I jump them the both will come on so I know the fans are good. I just have to go back and buy the other sensor that I took out and replace the one I installed last night and then put that sensor in the right place.

I will see from there if this will work but I am confident about this.

Thanks man...
