    thats retarded so all the fools that take off theyre spoilers with a 3rd ligh and add aftermarket ones (cf, or aluminum) are all subject two ticketing..
    no u need 2 working breaklights tailights the 3rd is just a added safty feature that is not held by the law to stay on ur car.
    and my sister is married to a gwinnett co. cop and i asked to humor the next fool to say its illegal and he too laughed @ the question its not illegal.. now shave it

    and my answer to this is yes, yes they are able to be ticketed for that
