CEL 19 need help please

ok so my 93 civic threw the code 19 which is automatic lock up/ basically throwing my car into safety mode and giving less fuel for some reason(I think). it is a 5-speed so it has nothing to do with the trans. before it threw the code it would run like crap until high rpms then it would burst back to feeling normal, then it threw the code and I cant move the car w/o it bogging down and dying. its not the injectors/plugs/plug wires or cap from what I know. I can only think its the o2 sensor or fuel pump. also how can I reset the ecu to take off the code(already took battery out and disconnected it and no luck. just threw code 41 as well, checking that code now, I didn't wait long enough for both codes to pop

Code 41 - Primary Oxygen Sensor/ Heater Circuit Malfunction

Code 19 - Defective circuit or unplugged / defective solenoid valve

thanks man, fixed it, it was actually code 41(fuel system) and all the injectors have little filters in them that I checked, and ALL of them were clogged full of shiit, fuel filter FTL!
