    Default Bought another R1

    Well, now I have 2 R1s. I went ahead and bought r71's R1 at a great price. I will sell my R1 to a friend of mine soon, and then will shop for another track/street bike. No need to have 2 R1s, since mine is really too nice to turn into a track bike. Here is the bike I just picked up. Too many mods to list.

    Lots of custom work onthe bike. The projectors are from a BMW set. We had to mold them in, make brackets, wire everything in new locations, etc. The tail was done years ago before there was anything on the market like it. The bike is an old '00 and most of the work was done years ago.

    Wished that I could keep both, but I really can't justify keeping 2 R1s. Selling the other to my friend, and he is going to sell his clean RC51.

    Am I missing something but isnt this a 99 r7 ow02? Also didnt they only make like 500 of these each year? I had the 97 yzf750r, nothing like this but did come stock with 125hp.

    No, this is a 2000 R1, that is made more as a replica of Haga's R7 - except this has more power and a lot more street mods.
