IMO the exedy stage 1 clutch is one of the best clutches I've ever had in any of my DD honda/acura's. I had an exedy stage 1 in my GSR and it was one of the smoothest clutches I've owned. The pressure plate is a little stiffer, so the pedal was slightly stiffer, but not really noticeable. I also had an exedy stage 1 in my 2000 prelude I used to have. It had a jdm type S swap and quite a few other mods. I went through 4 clutches in 60k miles in that car. The first was a competition clutch stage 2. It lasted about 14k miles before the pressure plate started having issues (the fingers were sticking). I replaced it with an ACT stage 2 (or 3, can't remember). It lasted about 15k miles before it started slipping power. I would say I had maybe 10 hard launches on street slicks before that clutch was toast. The next clutch was a cheapo from nopi that I got while I was waiting on the exedy stage 1 clutch and flywheel. It was a piece of **** from the beginning, and as soon as the other parts came in I replaced it with the exedy stage 1. The exedy was still in the car 30k miles later when I sold it. with 30k miles on the clutch it still felt like new. Since that clutch I have only bought exedy stage 1's. A friend of mine has had an exedy stage 1 in his GSR for 4 or 5 years now, and probably put 80k miles on it, and it still doesn't slip or vibrate.
As for the lightweight flywheel, find someone who has one in their car already and take it for a spin around the block to see if you like the way it feels. I prefer lightweight flywheels (not superlight aluminum, but chromoly steel) over standard flywheels.
