    i am in stone mountain and im lookin at sum old monte carlos, i want to throw a nice small block in it when i get it! i have about a 6k budget for the motor

    You can build a nice streetable small block for that. If you're serious about doing something, pm me and I can give you some details on different routes that you can go with the engine.
