    Default curbed wheels!!!!

    yeah so i got my wheels used and they have some nice curbage going on. anybody got any ideas... i'm thinking about buying some new ones later but i'd like to make em look better for now. filing them down gonna make em look like crap? just lookin for a quick fix

    If the wheel lip is just scratched up and not bent, you can mount it up on a brake lathe and machine a new lip on the wheel.

    Aircraft stripper, grind off the high spots, automotive body filler, then sand and paint them.

    sweet i didnt think about putting them on a brake lathe.. wont make the lip too thin?

    Well, I wouldn't take a whole bunch off. Use your own discretion!

    Just use a round electric sander, I fixed several wheels with horrible curbage.I made a thread in the wheels section if you wanna see.That way you wont have to pay that much.My fat fives had bad curbage til I used the sander it smoothed it out.
