QD is right its 85 and older. even if you do need to get a bonded/insured title on it it isnt that bad. they go based on the value of the vehicle or a flat 100 bucks which ever is greater. i had to get one on my truck. just get the form call dispatch theyll come look at it fill it out then pay the insurance company the money go to the tag office and thats it. in about 6 weeks youll have a title. but theyll give you the tag and registration that day.
