Golf III but number two fuel injector is stuck open.
How long do you think it would take to fix?
    What tools do i need?

Or how far could i drive it without any serious damage? (can be jump started and driven )

If it is a 2.0... then you have to remove the intake manifold (that means new gaskets). The fuel rail and injectors are right there underneath the intake manifold; you can't get to it without removing it. From there on its just a simple disassemble of the fuel rail, remove the broken injector, replace it, and put it back together. I would REALLY recommend getting a repair manual, or if you don't know what you are doing to just take it to a decent shop. Idk where you are located but I know VW City in Marietta does a good job; they repaired everything a friend of mine broke on his Mk3 Jetta.

I wouldn't drive it at all... I once bent a rod on a freshly rebuilt engine because there was a short in the dash harness on the #1 Injector, and it was spraying constantly and hydro-locked that cylinder with gas...
