Default Soft clutch pedal on my 1990 DSM

The clutch pedal on my 90 GSX is pretty soft and has about 2" of nothing (when you first begin to push in). It's not losing fluid and I bled the master cylinder and slave cylinder, and it's still soft. The car has a Spec Stage 3 clutch in it, but the pedal feels like it's a stock clutch (or worse) AND has the useless travel.

Any ideas on what's causing this, how to fix it, etc?

Wow, someone is ripping you off if your rate on a GSX is the same as a Vette!

So what does it cost you? I know rates aren't usually cheap for 18 year olds with their own policies.

I pay $198 per 3 months, but my mom pays $50 if I get the "good student" discount. So I actually pay like $150.

im not sayin he is did anything wrong but he might have changed to a light or easier to push in pressure plate. on the other hand u may have a internal leak on the master or slave.

When you push the clutch in to shift. Is it near the floor? There could be a chance the two inches of nothing is due to it needing to be adjusted.

As for the soft pedal? Is there any shifting problems other then the pedal being soft?
