    Exclamation JDM D15b VTEC Questions...

This is for a friend. He swapped a jdm d15b vtec in his 89 crx and it turns over but doesnt fire up there is no fuel in the fuel rail. He is using a chipped p28 ecu from scotty at mainstream. He bought the boomslang obd0 to obd1 harness and wired it up(he could have possibly wired it up wrong).Sorry if this sounds dumb we are kind of new to engine swaps and were running out of patience. He said he would pay someone to come over to get it running, he lives in douglasville. PM me.

check all of the above (relay, grounds, fuses related to fuel, etc.) cause changin a fuel pump in a rex is a biatch.
