I have this thing sitting in my living room. The finish looks like ****, one end of the tube is not perfectly round, and the inside that should be perfectly smooth has ripples at one of the bends, both of which I'm afraid may affect the performance of the intake. The collar that attaches to the throttle body and the rubber piece that goes on the threaded rod to hold the intake to the car are also very cheaply made. I'm not at all satisfied with my purchase. By the time I buy a new filter, all of the mounting hardware, and repaint the thing to make the finish look better, I'll have spent over $100 on this thing and still have ripples inside and an out of round end on it. All of that considered, I think I'd be better off with one of the higher end CAIs, unless you guys know of a better ebay intake.

x2. It's ALL about the filter. A tube is a tube. Why spend 300 bucks for a tube? cus it says AEM? **** AEM...except their ECM's.
